Sample Schedule for the week
Camp CILCA has operated in Central Illinois for over 70 years. We exist on 225 acres of land. Within our boundaries we have a lake, creek, river, multiple forests, hiking trails, campgrounds, cabins, picnic shelter, Retreat Center, Christian Growth Center, activity fields, Frisbee golf, sand volleyball courts, basketball court, campfire sites, Challenge Course, and a Lookout Tower. Your child(ren) will experience many outdoor experiences when they attend one of our summer camp programs.
Sample Schedule (full day of summer camp)
7:00 a.m.: Wakeup/Morning Devotions
7:45 a.m.: Flag Raising
8 a.m.: Breakfast
8:45 a.m.: First Word
9:15 a.m.: Bible Study (family groups)
10 a.m.: Chapel/Song Time
10:30 a.m.: Family Activity
12 noon: Lunch
12:30 p.m.: Flat on Back (nap/chill in cabin)
1:45p p.m.: Swim Time
3:30 p.m.: Trading Post
4 p.m.: Cabin Activity
5 p.m.: Dinner
5:30 p.m.: Choice Activity (Your camper will choose from a variety of activities at this time.)
7:00 p.m.: All-Camp Activity
8:30 p.m.: Trading Post
9 p.m.: Campfire
Schedules become flexible as the week goes on. We also like to include random activities like Water Olympics, Night Hikes, Star Gazing, and Mud Volleyball.
