Are you looking for the most challenging, rewarding, fun, and Christ-centered summer experience you can find? If you have at least one year of college experience, a willingness to serve Christ in an outdoor setting, and have the ability to work in a team then Summer Camp Counselor might just be for you. Please note that this is a joint application process with LCMS camps from around the country. If you specifically want to work at CILCA, you should list CILCA as your first choice camp on the application. Otherwise, CILCA may never see your application.

Junior Counselor Program
Junior Counselor Program
JCs are high school students who have completed 9th grade. They assist the Senior Counselors in preparing and leading activities and keeping track of campers.
Joyful Hearts Volunteer
Volunteers (8th grade-Adult) are partnered with a Joyful Hearts camper for a week of fun and games, assisting campers in all aspects of day-to-day life at camp.Joyful Hearts Volunteer
