Pastors of the LCMS are invited to recharge their batteries at the annual May Pastors' Retreat sponsored by the Jacksonville & Quincy Circuits of the Central Illinois District. The retreat is scheduled for May 18-19, 2026 at Camp CILCA. Join your fellow LCMS pastors for 2 days of theological reflection, Lutheran worship, brotherly conversation, rest, and recreation.

This is a unique retreat offering an opportunity for theological growth in a relaxed setting. Enjoy the beauty of Camp CILCA, the fellowship of brothers in the ministry, and the discussions. Lodging will be in the Christian Growth Center, which has hotel-style rooms with multiple beds in a room, blankets, linens, and towels.

Registration Information

The Full Package $100 – includes meals and lodging

Pay Per Day $40/day - for if you’re not staying overnight, lunch included

Emeritus – half price

Make checks payable to Jacksonville Circuit Pastors.

12:30pm - Lunch by CILCA & Depart in Peace

Breaks – Water provided; bring your own beverages and a snack to share.

Monday supper – bring your own items for the grill. Sides/desserts will be provided.
