Information for Schools
Outdoor Education at Camp CILCA: Bring your students to CILCA for a day trip, over night, or week-long stay. Encounter nature up close and personal. Science, literature, math, religion, and other subjects can all be explored. Cabins, the Retreat Center, and the Christian Growth Center are all available for use. Contact the camp office (217-487-7497 / [email protected]) for programming ideas, rates, and more information.
Rail-Splitter Special: Are you bringing a class to the Springfield area to visit the Lincoln sites? Take advantage of CILCA's location between Springfield and New Salem and special rates for lodging and meals. Stay in the Christian Growth Center's hotel-style rooms for $30 per person per night; the Retreat Center (dorm style) for $25 per person per night; or rustic cabins for $17 per person per night. These rates include a hot breakfast! Contact the office for more details.
School Chapel Offerings: Keep Camp CILCA in mind for chapel offerings. If you prefer, you can designate your offerings for specific purchases such as canoes, kayaks, or anything on our Wish List.
Schedule a School Assembly or Chapel: We can lead a chapel service or an all-school assembly. February, March, and April dates are preferred.
