Gifts made to Camp CILCA are tax deductible.  Monetary gifts are not the only way to give.  Stocks, mutual funds, or other properties are all viable donations.  You get the tax deduction of what the gift is worth today, not what you paid for it.  You may also want to include Camp CILCA Outdoor Ministries in you will.  Contact us for more information.

Matching Your Gifts

Your gift to Camp CILCA have more of an impact through Thrivent Financial for Lutherans - Thrivent Financial for Lutherans will give Camp CILCA $1 for every $2 gift.  This is through the Thrivent Financial for Lutherans GivingPlus® Program.  Thrivent Financial members can give $600 (or more) and Thrivent will donate up to $300 per member.  If you have a larger gift to give, don’t forget to count each family member who is 16 or older.  For example, a husband and wife with a 16 year old can each donate $600 and Thrivent Financial would donate $900 to Camp CILCA for a total gift of $2400!!  Click here for the current GivingPlus® donation form.

Expansion Team

Join us as we build the mission and ministry of Camp CILCA as well as the facilities and programs.  Our goal is to raise $1.2 million for the following projects:

New Dining Hall & Camp Office - This will provide us with a large air-conditioned space for our full summer camps as well as a nice meeting area for groups who wish to meet just for the day and not stay overnight.

Staff House for full-time staff person - On-site housing for our Assistant Director and his family allows for easy accessibility for the intermittent needs of retreat groups and summer camps.

Shower House / Bathroom Expansion for Summer Campers - We want our summer campers to spend more time enjoying God's creation and His Word and less time standing in line for showers.  Construction work continues with the bathroom/shower house expansion.  Click here for more photos of this project.

Low & High Ropes Challenge Course - Retreat groups and summer campers can grow in their relationship skills, group bonding, and walk with God through these various high and low challenging elements.  Click here for current Challenge Course elements.

Cabins for Pastors / Nurses of the Week - Our current motel room facilities are becoming more in demand, so we need designated comfortable cabins to house our Pastor and nurse volunteers and their families.

Indoor Rec Center - After our new Dining Hall is built, our current dining hall will be converted to a place for indoor recreation (especially for those rainy days).  The Trading Post may also be moved into this building as well.

Retire Current Debt - We have some past debts that we would like to retire so that our contributions and fees can go to current and future ministries and not to pay interest on past projects.
