Strategic Goals
Marketing – To develop, maintain and expand CILCA’s presence in every CID LCMS congregation.
Ministry – To increase, enhance and expand CILCA’s ministry into new areas, serving both new and established groups of people.
Finance – To improve CILCA’s financial position to the point where it no longer inhibits ministry.
Outreach – To increase service/visibility/ministry to the unchurched.
Staff – To provide adequate, well-trained, energized staff to deliver CILCA’s ministry.
Buildings/Grounds – To enhance facilities to the point where they no longer inhibit ministry.

C A M P C I L C A A N N U A L B O A R D M E E T I N G
Central Illinois District Office, Springfield, Illinois
January 13, 2007 2:00 p.m.
Present at the annual meeting: Mr. Tom Blessman, President of the Central Illinois District Lutheran Laymen’s League; Rev. David Bueltmann, President of the Central Illinois District of the Lutheran Church – Missouri Synod; Deloris Blessman; Kevin Bueltmann; Daryl Dagit; James Frazee; Richard Harkins; Bill Knake; Rev. Michael Koschmann; Brian Ryherd; and John Theilen.
Mr. Tom Blessman called the meeting to order and President Bueltmann gave a devotion based upon I Corinthians 12:4-7. The minutes of the January 14, 2006 minutes were approved.
Finance Chairman/treasurer Deloris Blessman gave a financial report which reflected that the camp had made up some ground on their indebtedness. There were still at the end of the year over $18,000 in unpaid bills. It was reported that the two people who had agreed to do the Fund Raising Campaign for CILCA had dropped out, so nothing is happening.
Camp Director Rich Harkins gave his report which is attached to these minutes, followed by Assistant Camp Director Kevin Bueltmann giving his report in addition to the summer camp brochure.
New Appointments for CID include Rev. Michael Koschmann, Mark Britton, and Daryl Dagit. New appointments for the LLL include Betty Dietrich, Bill Knake, and Jake Perkins. At this time Tom Blessman thanked those who have served and those who are willing to serve for their service to the Lord.
Under old business, Tom Blessman stated that the Lutheran Laymen’s League wants to continue to help Camp CILCA, but cannot financially. If the CID would want the LLL to no longer be a partner, the LLL would not mind. The same people giving through the CID would also be giving through the LLL.
There being no new business, the date and place of the next meeting was set for January 12, 2008 at 2:00 pm at the Central Illinois District Office. The Rev. Michael Koschmann was asked to give a closing prayer.
