m insect repellent (for some, taking vitamin B6 daily 2 weeks before camp,
helps keep bugs away. Consult your physician.)
m shoes to run in (2 pair in case of rain) (Don’t bring only sandals.)
m jacket, rain coat or poncho, sweatshirt, cap or hat
m clothes and shoes that can get dirty, muddy, etc.
m jeans, a long sleeve shirt & a hat or bandana (for hiking, etc.)
m modest swim wear (one-piece preferred)
m sunscreen, beach towel
m shorts, shirts
m underwear & socks, pajamas, a bag for dirty clothes
m pillow, sleeping bag to lay on & a sheet to cover with
m towels
m soap, toothbrush/paste, comb, deodorant, shampoo
m sandals or flip flops for beach and showers
m camera & film (optional)
m paper, pencil, envelopes, postcards, stamps (optional)
m original containers for any medication you bring
m food, gum, or drinks (except for medical needs)
m electronic / entertainment devices (games, CD players, radios, TV's, etc.)
m inappropriate clothing / swimwear

m anything that detracts from the natural outdoor Christian experience
Canoe Campers - Besides what is listed, you will also need to bring a small cooler for cold water to drink, zip-lock plastic bags and plastic jars with screw-on lids to keep your camera and other items dry and floatable, water shoes for in the canoes, sunglasses, and really strong sunscreen (SPF #15 or more). You will also need a 5-gallon plastic bucket with a lid and a short rope to tie to the boat with your items.
When you arrive, check-in at the Dining Hall past the swings.
