Special Needs Camp I & II
Persons with developmental disabilities and moderately independent living skills will enjoy meeting others of all ages while enjoying camp activities with our staff and volunteers. Diane Mueller from Bethesda will help train our college-age summer staff and high school volunteers and spend the week to help our campers have a great experience!
Campers may sign up for one or both sessions, but if we reach our maximum capacity, we may ask later if that camper would be willing to only attend one session in order to make room for someone else who might not get to go at all.
Note: The
normal dates have been adjusted so that the second session no longer interferes
with Special Olympics. Also, the rates went up this year, but you can get
$10-$20 off, because we now offer earlybird discounts for this camp like our
other camps.
