Registration is made much easier this year. Fill out the information on the right side of the screen and click the submit button. Just all information each field asks for. If you have problems with registering please call Rev. Johnson at 217-416-1833 or email us at camp@cilca.org.
Upon receiving your email you will receive a confirmation email. We will send you a information packet in the mail with paperwork that needs to be filled out. Some information includes
- Health Insurance Information
- Health History
- Camper Information Form
- Photo Release Form
- Trading Post Listings
- Cabin Mate Request and Confirmation
- If travelling to local state parks for your camp session: Medical Release Form
- If participating in paintball camps: Local Business Consent Form
- If you do not wish to register online, please print off a copy of the Camper Information Form below and mail it in along with your payment.
